Chickpeas Sandwich

 

Serving : 3 Sandwiches

Ingredients
 
Brown Bread Slices 6
Chick peas               1/2 cup
Cucumber                1
Carrot                       1/2
Mayonnaise             4 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese   1/3 cup
Pepper                      2 tsp
Salt                          as required

Method


  • First in a bowl add chick peas, carrot, cucumber and mix well. 
  • Then add mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • The stuffing is ready!
  • Take 2 slices of brown bread, and apply the stuffing on 1 side and close it with the other. Do it for the other 4 slices also.
  • Then in the tawa or sandwich toaster, apply some ghee and toast the sandwich!
