Lamb leg paya

                                         

Ingredients

Lamb leg             2
Coconut milk      2 cups
Med. Onion         2
Green Chilli        6
GG paste             1 tsp
Turmeric             1/4 tsp
Oil                       2 tbsp
Water                  500 ml
FFC paya pdr      4 tsp
Salt                     as required
                                  
Method

                                              

  • First in a cooker add oil, Ginger Garlic paste, onion and saute.
  • Then add turmeric pdr, green chilli and mix. Then add the legs, water, salt and cook until the legs are cooked.
  • Meanwhile make the coconut into milk and add the paya pdr into the coconut milk and add the coconut mixture into the cooker with the lamb legs. mix well
  • Then in the end add some coriander leaves and off the stove! serve it with tasty paratha.
